    Want to stay abreast of the latest health news and get quick and reliable information on hundreds of health topics? Medline Plus is the most authoritative and up-to-date health information Web site from the world’s largest medical library, the National Library of Medicine at the National Institutes of Health. Here are a few of its major features:

    • most recent and accurate information on prescriptions or over-the-counter medicines
    • basic health information on over 800 topics in over 40 languages
    • current health information on medical advances, controversies or topics in the news
